Madeleine McCann Suspect Sketches Released
I have been following this story after being informed of it by my dear friend from Britain Colin at Life. And, I simply had to post this link to the video. I do so hope and pray that this little girl will be found. But, I am saddened to think that so much time has gone by that she may never be found. But I am praying that she is found and found alive. This is truly a tragedy the complete details are almost unbelievable. Once again so much time was lost due to police honing in on the parents as suspects. What a crying shame that it has taken eight months for the truth to start surfacing. I have set this to remain at the top of my page for a day or so. One simply never knows who might view the video and recognize someone.

Hey Jackie, we're having a missing girl case in Malaysia right now. She is still missing and she's only 5 years old. Her birthday is also coming up, which makes it all the more sad. I hope both girls are okay and will return to their families soon. :)

Oh so do I marzie....so do I. And, I ran the story about the little girl in Malaysia when you guys at NAFAS announced it.

Yes myra it truly is sad and I know it is a sad lead into the week for my blog. But, I was compelled to post the link to the article in the hopes of helping in any way that I could.

It seems that every month or so "new hope" is found in this case. I hope this will lead to more information.
Heart wrenching...
Oh so do I rybu. I wish there were enough space to post about all of the children in the world who are missing, abused, neglected, starving and trapped in way to many nightmares to mention.

Sadly it has taken this long for this information to come out, yet the investigators knew about this last May.
They really are chasing their tails, inept doesn't even closely describe their actions to date!
Sadly, they were so intent on forcing a confession out of the parents that the investigation didn't go any further. Over the past few months they have had to have a major rethink and new evidence is coming to light publicly, but the police already had this!
What an absolute disgrace.
There are so many missing children globally that they need to get their act together and start tackling these horrendous crimes.

I agree with you that had the Police not been so quick to point to the parents as suspects, this little girl might otherwise be home safe in her bed even as we speak.
Keep updating us as this story breaks.
Oh how very true Colin. Not too many years ago we had a similar case that revolved around The Ramsey family when their little 6 year old girl was found dead.
The police literally hounded the parents to death and completely neglected very real and obvious evidence that indicated that it was in fact not the family in any way at all.
Sadly the mother has now died also just short of 10 years after little Jon Benee's death. Shortly after the death of her mother and the firing of almost every detective and investigator on the case a suspect was finally announced and the family was cleared.
Although, I have not kept up with that case and actually don't know if anyone was ever tried and convicted. But, I don't think there has been any action taken at all.
The truth is that the case was so mis-handled that they no longer have enough evidence to ever convict anyone and be positive that they do in fact have the right person.

This story so reminds me of litle Jon Renee and the Ramseys over here. The cases are so similar due to total and complete inadequate handling of very obvious evidence that they had right in fron of their noses all the time.
